Mary Beth is co-creator, with Mimi Wilson, of the ultimate do-ahead dinner technique, Once-A-Month Cooking. This book has helped thousands of people to strengthen family mealtimes. An entirely new edition, Once-A-Month Cooking Family Favorites, is currently available in bookstores.

The benefits of the well-lived home reach from the kitchen to the community. Mary Beth has spoken to more than 100 audiences on making the most of family mealtimes. The OAMC technique has been featured in Focus on the Family magazine and the National Inquirer. Mary Beth has been interviewed on NPR’s All Things Considered, Martha Stewart’s Morning Living Radio, by Dr. James Dobson on Focus on the Family Radio, and on Woman’s Day Radio by Mary Hunt.

As Director of Media for MOPS International (Mothers of Preschoolers), Mary Beth crafted mothering and parenting resources. She was Executive Editor of MomSense magazine, and helped shape more than 70 books in the MOPS brand.

Mary Beth lives with her husband Alex in Littleton, Colorado. They have three grown sons. She is currently writing her tenth book, a novel.
